Shanxi Coking

Shanxi Coking Co., Ltd. is affiliated with Shanxi Jinan Holding Group Co., Ltd. The company’s coking wastewater treatment system employs the most advanced domestic treatment process, which consists of “intensified pretreatment—primary biochemical treatment—first-stage advanced treatment—second-stage advanced treatment—RO membrane filtration.” In particular, the first-stage advanced treatment step utilizes biological sulfur bed technology, enabling the COD content in the wastewater to be reduced to below 80 milligrams per liter, thereby achieving the goal of zero discharge for coking wastewater. The reverse osmosis membrane elements replaced this time are located in both the primary RO system and the concentrated water RO system. The projects were completed in May 2024, July 2024, and December 2025, respectively. A total of 252 Haitong reverse osmosis membrane elements were used throughout the project, and the results have left the customer highly satisfied.
