◎ Product Introduction and Application Fields

　　The external-pressure ultrafiltration membrane is made of PVDF hollow-fiber membranes and has the following characteristics:

　　High manufacturing precision: Uniform aperture size with narrow distribution, effectively removing bacteria and particulate matter;

　　High filtration flux: The hydrophilic PVDF fiber membrane filaments are easy to clean and wet.

　　High resistance to contamination: The external-pressure design can withstand higher concentrations of suspended solids in the influent, reducing the need for pretreatment processes.

　　High chemical resistance: Chemical cleaning can be performed within a pH range of 2–12.

　　Externally pressurized ultrafiltration is widely used in applications such as condensate water, circulating water, and wastewater treatment. It is often employed as a pretreatment step for NF and RO processes, for example in areas like reclaimed water reuse, industrial effluent treatment, and seawater desalination.
